Dramatised Graveyard Tours at Donaghadee Parish Church

22 Jun 2019 — 23 Jun 2019

For a couple of hours of fantastic entertainment and education, come and meet Montgomery who rebuilt the church in 1626. Have a chat with Kenny VC.  Join the urchins on ‘Mount Misery’ before linking up with the grave diggers for a dander through the graveyard to hear about the man who brought cholera to Ireland and see his grave.

Hear about the supposed devil worshipper who was turned away by all the churches in the area but is buried in this graveyard. Find Grace Neill and hear her story. Visit the grave of the grandfather of a Prime Minister plus much, much more.

Finish off with a cuppa and tray bake and chat to a genealogist about your great, great grandfather or your great, great Aunt who disappeared!
