Killinchy and Kilmood celebrate the royal wedding in grand style

The Parish of Killinchy and Kilmood celebrated the royal wedding (and the F.A. Cup) in style with a once in a lifetime local event at the Florida Manor Estate.

Top tier seats were assured for all as a giant hi definition all–weather screen was installed in the Walled Garden.

During and between the live broadcast excitement from Windsor and Wembley there was fun, food, free face painting and bouncy castles plus much more.

The aim was to cover all costs whilst raising £1000 for local charities that Prince Harry and Megan support.

It was a ticketed event and included 6 Florida Sovereigns that could be traded for BBQ food and salads and or tea/coffee plus a slice of a look–a–like Royal Wedding Cake.

The parish are grateful to Michael and Barbara Lagan for opening the gates to their historic home.
