Confirmations take place at Belvoir and Magheralin
Bishop Harold and the team from DDYC were busy with two confirmation services on Pentecost Sunday, 20 May. The bishop confirmed 17 candidates at Belvoir Parish in the morning and 24 candidates at the evening service in Magheralin.
A short film, ‘Believing Voices’ was shown at Magheralin. Put together by the Youth Pastor, Paul Martin, it airs the voices and creedal statements of a group of people from the parish who were baptised or renewed their baptismal vows on Easter Sunday. Many of them were confirmed by the bishop that evening.
