Fred spent his entire ministry in the Diocese of Connor. He was a former Canon of the Chapter of St Saviours, Connor, and former Dean of Connor. He retired into Down and Dromore in 1998.

“I had the privilege of being with Fred on the night before he died. He was wonderfully cared for by his wife and family, and the room in which he died was filled with the assurance of faith. We thank God for his life and ministry.”

The funeral service will be in Shankill Parish Church Lurgan on Tuesday 12 February at 12.30 pm followed by committal in Broomhedge Parish Churchyard.

We hold Lilian and the family in our prayers.
