Working as part of Holywood Parish staff team, the Parish Youth Worker will have a key role in overseeing the discipleship of young people from 11–18 yrs.
The parish has effective weekly and seasonal youth programmes in place but believes there is potential to reach more young people and is open to new ideas as we seek to serve them well.
We believe that 25hrs per week is optimal for this role but there is some flexibility around more limited hours and the salary is on a range based on experience and qualifications.
