Pastoral Care Training
On three separate dates in October 2024 the diocese will run pastoral visiting training for lay people. Please note that the latest accredited Pastoral Carers Training Course has concluded.
Introduction to Pastoral Visiting (for lay people)
This invaluable training roadshow will introduce church members to the principles and practice of pastoral visiting as well as basic adult safeguarding. The training is especially suitable for members of parish pastoral care/visiting teams.

Please note that church members should have the approval of their minister before undertaking pastoral visiting on behalf of the parish.
