About

St Andrew's Church Ballyhalbert is a church that serves the areas of Ballyeasborough, Ballyhalbert and Portavogie. As a church we aim to serve the community, sharing the love of Christ and creating a sense of belonging and purpose.

Our Sunday Services follow the Church of Ireland’s Book of Common prayer. Typically our services will follow the pattern of Morning Prayer 2 unless it is a communion service. On the first Sunday of every month we also have an evening service of worship. This would follow a service of the word format and contain contemporary worship and space for prayer ministry.

Whatever service you decide to attend you can expect a friendly atmosphere and you can expect the gospel to be preached. We believe that our purpose is to serve our community, showing Christ’s love, joy, peace, and mercy, and we pray that this is evident when you walk through the door.
