St. Saviour’s is a growing Anglican church. Our services are suitable for all ages, they are friendly and informal with an emphasis on good, relevant Bible teaching. We have an organist, choir and a music group which allows us to have variety in worship. Sometimes we use puppets, video, powerpoint, drama and testimonies in our services. We often have visitors from other countries in our worship. During the week we have Parent and Toddler groups, Children’s Clubs, Senior Citizens and adult clubs. We run Alpha Groups and Bible Studies and sometimes services in the community. St Saviour’s seeks to reach the people who live in the estates in central Craigavon. Services are relaxed, informal and friendly. The building is dual purpose – a church on Sunday and a hall during the week.
St. Saviour’s is located off Roundabout No. 3, the Lakes Roundabout on the main road between Lurgan and Portadown. You take the second exit on the left off that Roundabout into Drumgor West Road, (there is a sign saying ‘Church of Ireland’). The church is situated on the right hand side about a quarter of a mile up that road. It is a modern red brick building.
