About

St Ignatius, Carryduff, is a friendly, welcoming and caring church family where all ages actively participate in regular worship. Morning services include a child focussed section before Sunday School starts.

There are thriving parish organisations which cater for all needs. We place a strong emphasis upon pastoral ministry and care and reach out to serve the whole community. We seek to ensure that every person is fulfilled in the offering of their gifts and talents and that the right person is in the right place at the right time doing the right job.

All–Age Worship, featuring members of Sunday Schools and Youth Club, usually takes place on the 4th Sunday of the month.

St Andrew’s Killaney is an active parish set in a rural area in mid–Down. It has a Sunday School engaging with children and their parents. The congregation includes a balance of younger and older members who take an interest in their church community, i.e. in each other.

New worshippers often comment on the warm welcome they have received and have gone on to join the church family, due to these first impressions.

The All–Age Service (4th Sunday) is followed by tea afterwards in the Church Hall when all can come and enjoy the fun.

The church hosts an Art Group once a week for a wide range of members.
