Knockbreda Parish Church offers you a warm welcome to a loving Christian family where Bible teaching and preaching is central.
Our family friendly service is at 10.30am, with children leaving early in the service for Sunday School. A creche facility is available for the very young. This is a time of teaching, prayer, praise and fellowship. Our morning service is followed by Coffee Dock, a time to catch up and have fellowship together over coffee and cake.
We also have a traditional BCP service of Holy Communion at 9am each Sunday and an informal evening service at 6.30pm in the hall. On Wednesday mornings twice a month we have a tradional BCP Morning Prayer service – 11am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
Home groups are active for regular Bible study and there is a range of organisations for children, young people and adults. For boys there is BB on Wednesdays at 6.30pm. For girls there is Rainbows on Tuesdays at 6.30pm.
Knockbreda Parish is home to a lively missionary interest, particularly in Sweden, Uganda, Rwanda and South America.
We are always looking to welcome visitors and share with them the Christian faith. Our mission statement can be summarised as ‘Knowing Christ – Making Christ Known.’ We hope to provide opportunities for families to build meaningful relationships that provide the basis for mutual caring and support. Our prayer is that the Holy Spirit will work inside each of us to deepen the desire for a knowledge of his Word and to equip believers for effective Christian witness.
Everyone is welcome!
