Seaforde (Loughinisland Parish Church) is part of the Down Group of Churches along with Down Parish (St Margaret’s), Hollymount, and Tyrella. These four churches seek to be welcoming and open to everyone. At the heart of everything we do is a desire to worship Jesus and share him with our community.
Generally, our services follow the structures of the Church of Ireland Book of Common Prayer, in a relaxed and relatively informal setting.
Seaforde is a church with a rich history, strongly connected to the village. We are the only church in the heart of the village and we try to be a blessing to Seaforde itself and the nearby communities.
Leaving Seaforde on the main road in the direction of Ballynahinch, the church is at the edge of the village, up a long avenue on the right-hand side.
