Bishops' Appeal on Middle East crisis
Following the House of Bishops statement on the Middle East situation, the Bishops' Appeal has issued the following:
"The Archbishops of Armagh and Dublin have approved an emergency allocation of £20,000 from Bishops' Appeal funds to help with the settlement of displaced persons during the current Middle East crisis.
Any parishes who wish to contribute towards this emergency relief are asked to send their donations to Bishops' Appeal at Church of Ireland House, Church Avenue, Rathmines, Dublin 6 or at Church of Ireland House, 61-67 Donegall Street, Belfast BT1 2QH.
Bishops' Appeal are most grateful for the continued support given by members of the Church of Ireland.
