Dioceses' organ scholarship scheme
The Board of Management of the Dioceses of Down & Dromore and Connor Organ Scholarship Scheme invite applications for scholarships which are awarded annualy.
The scholarships are tenable for three years from September 2007. Tution from leading church organists is free and a certificate is awarded upon completion of the course. The scheme is intended to foster the skills of church musicians and elements of choir training are included in the course. No previous organ experience is necessary, although basic keyboard proficiency is expected. There are no upper or lower age limits.
