Big Blue Sky drama at bible week

Andrew and Sharon Thompson will be doing sketches at the Bishop's Bible Week on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

The talented husband and wife team started ‘Big Blue Sky' just over a year ago after working independently in Christian and secular drama and training. Between them they have over 15 year's professional experience.

The Big Blue Sky Christian drama company not only performs, but provides writing services and workshops and offers role-play and training to churches, schools and conferences in the wider community.

The aim of Big Blue Sky is to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ clearly throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.  Using the medium of the spoken word they offer to share their gifts with individuals and groups so that they, too, can develop skills to support word ministry and illustrate the Christian message.

As well as writing and performing Christian drama, the busy duo also run coaching and training events for youth leaders and young people to enable them to develop drama skills and increase their confidence and competence levels in oral communication.   They also lead workshops in citizenship and other life issues such as bullying and drug use.
