New Youth Centre in Hillsborough opens for business
A refurbishment project carried out by Hillsborough parish has resulted in a new facility for the young people in the parish and the wider community. The work was carried out to a former parish room at the church gates and parishioners, parents and the young people were involved in the revamp.
The new premises, which are now open for business, are being used by the SOURCE 10:10 youth group which is open to all secondary school age young people and is also an outreach tool to the young people in the wider community.
Johnny Beare, the Youth Minister said that it will be a place where young people can come and be challenged about what God has done for them, and what God can do in the community and the world.
