Youth Leaders' Commissioning Evening
The Bishop of Down and Dromore, the Rt Rev Harold Miller, is inviting all youth leaders to a commissioning evening on Thursday 23rd October at 7.30pm to 9.45pm in Belvoir Parish Church on the outer ring road in Belfast.
The evening will affirm the ministry of youth leaders in the Diocese, commission them for the year ahead and help them train and resource their work.
Seminars will include; Programme Planning Made Easy; Basic Skills in working with groups; Overview of the new Child Protection Policy.
Everyone aged from 16 plus who leads or helps out with youth work in parishes across the Diocese is invited. There will also be free pizza and a goodie bag!
