Ministry Vocation DVD launch
A new DVD of a collection of personal stories on the call to ordination has just been completed and will be launched at the General Synod.
Entitled "As I am', it features thirteen people, each one telling his or her own personal and unique story about their calling to ordained ministry. The wide range of people featured is designed to show that God can call anyone, irrespective of place or background.
The project was initiated by Canon Katharine Poulton - the Church of Ireland Central Director of Ordinands - and supported by both the Commission on Ministry and the House of Bishops."We are delighted with the result", said Katherine, "and hope that the resource will be an inspiration to many."
