Institution at St Finnian's
Bishop Harold Miller has instituted Rev Jono Pierce as rector of St Finnian's Parish, Cregagh. The preacher at the service on Monday 12th October was Archdeacon Philip Patterson, rector of Knockbreda, where Jono was once curate.
Jono was ordained 13 years ago and in 2003 became rector of Kilmore (Crossgar) and Inch. He is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Course and will join two other colleagues at St Finnians - Revd Aonghus Mayes (Curate) and Peter Hilton (Youth Worker).
