Bishop Nick and Catherine Drayson drop in
Down and Dromore is linked with the Diocese of Northern Argentina and today Bishop Harold was delighted to welcome Nick and Catherine Drayson on a short visit to the office.
Nick is Suffragan Bishop with special responsibility for the indigenous churches which make up the majority of the diocese. He has been in post since November 2009 and faces many challenges working over a large and impoverished area with a difficult history.
Catherine and Nick have vast experience of work among both Latinos and indigenous people after service over four decades in Argentina and Spain. As well as their link with Down and Dromore they receive vital support and encouragement from SAMS Ireland.
