Tales of the Unexpected

The focus and theme of Summer Madness this year is about sharing your faith and to help prepare for this SM have created a special website: www.talesoftheunexpected.org

Along with

Exodus

, SM are providing some special resources for individuals and groups to begin to explore what it is to be a witness to Christ in every area of your life. This will be a fantastic opportunity to mobilise young people beyond the 'big event' mission mentality and into a personal lifestyle that embraces an open and honest approach to friends and neighbours about their relationship with Christ.

John Kee of Summer Madness explains...

Three ready made lesson plans are available on the ToTu website and also the Summer Madness site. You can use these with your group to begin a focus on the SM theme and encourage your young people to make their own submissions to the site.

ToTu will be gradually building up the 'main page' stories and will go interview some more - but the really exciting part of the project comes as you get involved in sharing and contributing to the site.

So feel free to make this your own - young people are likely already to know more about using mobile phones for video, YouTube, texting, Facebook so let's bring our faith into play!
