20th Anniversary for Kilkeel Toddler Group
There was a chance to catch up with old friends as Christ Church Kilkeel Toddler Group celebrated its 20th birthday on Sunday evening 10th October with a special service in the church followed by tea in the hall.
The group started life in the choir vestry with a handful of toys and people, graduating to the old hall in the square and then to the present buildings where it continues to go from strength to strength. Original Toddler Leader and Christ Church Family and Community Worker, Lynda Quinn, led the celebration service with participation from a few former toddlers and helpers past and present . The reunion continued in the hall with tea and cakes, not to mention a fantastic birthday cake specially baked and decorated for the occasion.
