• That the Sunday school teachers would be encouraged; that children would grow in understanding and faith; and that young people confirmed this year would grow in their relationship with Christ

• That the Mothers' Union and the Women's Fellowship would continue to have a strong influence on the spiritual life of the parishes

• For a sense of the nearness of Christ as we move through Advent, and that Christmas services would speak meaningfully to those who perhaps attend church less often
