Chilean miner will be special guest at SAMS event
Jose Henrique, an evangelical preacher who was the 24th Chilean miner to be rescued, will be a special guest at the SAMS Friday Night Live event on 4th February.
Jose had worked in mining for 33 years, and, during the ordeal, became the miners' pastor, organising daily prayers and keeping their spirits up.
He is travelling to Northern Ireland with Revd Alf Cooper, Protestant Chaplain to the President of Chile.
