Dr Helen Roseveare interviewed for Songs of Praise
Songs of Praise came from County Down on the Sunday before St Patrick's Day, 13th March and featured some friends of the diocese
Former medical missionary and parishioner of St Elizabeth's, Dundonald, Dr Helen Roseveare, talked to Eammon Holmes about her experiences in the Belgian Congo. Helen was honoured by the diocese for her contribution to mission at the Spirit of Patrick event in Down Cathedral in 2009.You can watch her interview below.
The programme was recorded in Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church in Bangor and New Irish Arts led hymns old and new. Eammon Holmes also interviewed the Benedictine Monks from Rostrevor and musician Tommy Sands.
