Down and Dromore graduates warmly endorse Arrow Ireland

Four clergy from Down and Dromore have recently graduated from the Arrow Ireland Leadership Programme, including Revd Chris Pollock (Saintfield), who writes:.

'Over the past one and a half years myself, Joanne Megarrell, Chris Bennett and David Somerville, have been exploring Leadership In terms of "Character, Call and Competence". So much was learnt about ourselves through the excellent teaching, mentoring and the equipping for leadership, recognising our weaknesses and strengths and how God could best use us.

Arrow has been Leadership changing for each one of us and so for any Christian leader who is serious about their leadership, it's challenges, shape and direction, the Arrow Course is one that should be engaged with.

All four of us received so much from the leaders of Arrow, the other participants, our mentors and from God. It is our belief that those who are young in leadership should be serious about going through Arrow, receiving in order to be able to give so much more to the people, teams and communities they lead. Each of us would be delighted to chat to you and share what Arrow has meant for our Leadership and relationship with God.

Applications are available from Revd John Alderdice or you can connect to the Arrow Ireland website and see what it's all about.
