Pray for the Albany Youth Team
The Down and Dromore Youth Team is heading to Albany Diocese for two weeks and a few days, setting off on Friday 8th!
There are 17 on the team (not all pictured here) ranging from 16 . . . to really old - Simon and even older - Julie; most are either 16, 17, 18 , 19 or 22!
They are going to be working alongside the summer camp staff at BeaverCross.
"It is a really exciting time for us as we head out and experience an American Christian children's camp in all its fullness," says team leader, Julie Currie. "The first week is a camp with children who would be in our Key stage 2 and the second are children who would be in our equivalent key stage 3.
"We have met together over the past six months and hope we are ready to meet the challenges . . ."
