Autumn Courses in Down and Dromore
Why not consider joining one of the excellent courses for adults running in the diocese this autumn:
The Exploring Ministry Network Course is designed to help you discover your spiritual gifts and passion for ministry beyond your own parish. Begins 5th September in Belfast.
The Bishop’s Bible Certificate Course begins on 6th October and facilitates individuals in a deeper study of Scripture. (Class of 2011 pictured right)
You can recieve Prayer Ministry Training with New Wine Ireland at Willowfield Parish Church for 5 weeks beginning on Tuesday 4th October.
In addition, there are training opportunities offered by the Church of Ireland:
For those involved in children’s ministry, there’s the Building Blocks Conference in Belfast on 12th November.
Why not sign up for the Church of Ireland’s Children’s Ministry Certificate, beginning 15th October.
And don’t forget, if you are in your 20s or 30s and sense a call to preach, speak to your rector about the Diocesan Readers 2030 initiative.
