Vacancy for a rector in Hillsborough Parish – closing date today
The Parish of Hillsborough, St Malachi, seeks to appoint a rector.
The parish is at the centre of a growing commuter area based around the historic village of Hillsborough, 12 miles from Belfast. It is currently staffed with a curate, a youth coordinator and a parish administrator. This thriving church family seeks a pastor and teacher who will:
• work to lead people to a living faith in Jesus Christ.
• teach the Scriptures and apply them to daily life.
• promote both traditional and contemporary forms of worship.
• lead and manage a ministry team, both ordained and lay.
• seek to engage creatively with the community and the world.
