Website visitors double!
We’re delighted to report that the number of unique visitors to our website has more than doubled compared to this time last year. We have also increased our reach through Facebook, Twitter and the Ezine – all part of an upward trend.
This site is the hub of our diocesan communications as we try to maximise our investment and reduce printing and postage costs.
This is where you will hear first about vacancies and appointments and important announcements from the diocese. You can follow the lectionary readings (Set A) from our homepage, and pray in a relevant way for our parishes week by week. We do our best to keep up with news and to post events as requested but there’s always room for improvement.
We’d love, for example, more news from around the diocese and for that we’re really relying on you (and we don’t just mean clergy). Please send us news, stories and photos about people or events in your parish, or community initiatives you’re involved with. If it’s going into your parish magazine it may well be suitable for the site so please bear that in mind when you’re putting your publication together.
