Out of hours and over holidays, Lifeline remains on call, ensuring safety and support for people at crisis point.

Calls to Lifeline are confidential and free (from all landlines & most mobiles). Lifeline calls do not show up on phone bills. Calls are answered by an expert team of qualified crisis counsellors, equipped to calmly deal with the most troubling themes.
