ROC Northern Ireland – Next Steps

We wanted to keep you informed about ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) developments in Northern Ireland since the showcase event on May 9.

A few conversations have taken place with various church leaders and folks who attended the leaders consultation on May 10. Since then ROC projects ideas are starting to emerge. There are already four ROC projects for Northern Ireland in the pipeline, more news to follow.

We are hosting a follow up meeting for those interested in setting up a ROC project or finding out more, on Thursday July 5 at 2.45pm for 3.00pm (coffee will be served at 2.45pm). The meeting will finish by 4.30pm at the latest.

The meeting venue:

The Community & Family Centre

108 High Street,

Holywood

BT18 9HW

Directions here

. The car park is at the back of the building.

Please let us know

if you can attend and feel free to invite others but do let us know in advance who is coming.

This will be a great opportunity to both hear about proposed ROC projects for Northern Ireland and to find out more about how you could start a project or get involved in how ROC is developing.

For those who cannot attend on July 5th please consider booking in for our ROC Projects Workshop at the Ramada Hotel in Belfast on October 10.
