In Service Study at St John’s College Nottingham
An ‘In Service Study Week’ (ISSW) at St John’s Nottingham offers you the opportunity for in–depth study of a topic of academic interest relevant to the mission and ministry of the church today. Four week Modules are taught each Monday over the specified period.
Our In Service Study Weeks and 4–week Modules can be taken in isolation, but also form modules in our BA in Theology for Ministry and MA in Mission and Ministry. If you have an undergraduate diploma or foundation degree in theology, you can use these credits to upgrade to a BA part time over two to three years. If you have already studied theology to degree level or you have diploma level theology and a degree in another subject, you can take our MA part time over two to four years as a way of refreshing and equipping for further ministry.
