For your prayers, here are a few topics we just sent out whilst we work on a “proper” prayer letter! Having a few days in Salta, and taking advantage of quick internet…
These two months are either extremely hot, or very wet, making both travelling and daily living very trying.
Pray for trips we have to rural communities Potrillo (7–9 December) and Pozo Yacare (15–16 December) for confirmations and teaching.
We have asked all the churches in the diocese to make Advent a time of prayer and fasting for the unity of the church (overcoming divisions and power struggles amongst other things). Please join us!
Final meetings of the year for the Pastoral Committees of the Urban Church (1 December) and the Amerindian Church (7 December), can prove key to sorting next year’s agenda – especially deciding who to ordain!
We plan to spend Christmas and some of January in Salta, catching up on paper work, and visiting Urban churches in San Pedro, Tucuman,and Salta. Please remember our family too as we miss them especially at this time.
January is also the time for summer camps – three different age groups, and much opportunity for growth and ministry.
