Have your say on the Guiding Promise before Sunday 3 March
Girlguiding recently announced a consultation on the wording of ther Promise – the core expression of their values and the common standard that brings them all together.
“We are committed to retaining a Promise that is in line with its original principles, but it’s crucial that girls and young women understand and believe in the words they say,” says the association.
“We know feelings are strong and wide–ranging. This is why everyone’s opinion matters, and we are delighted that over 29,000 people have already participated – and there’s just a week left to have your say.
“We would like to hear from even more people – from inside and outside guiding. Please join the conversation.”
