Take part in a Spotlight Special on 18 June

In the wake of the G8 Summit in Fermanagh, a Spotlight Special will be recorded in BBC’s Blackstaff Studios, Great Victoria Street, Belfast on Tuesday 18 June.

This audience special will be presented by Noel Thompson, and you are invited to participate as audience members.

Like Question Time, the style of the programme is a question and answer format and the BBC would like to find people who have a keen interest in current affairs, and who want to get their voices heard by the panel. They do ask those wishing to attend to do so in their own capacity, rather than as a representative of any group or organisation.

Participants are required to arrive at Blackstaff Studios between 6.30 pm and 6.45 pm on Tuesday 18 June. On arrival, audience members will be required to submit their questions to the panel, and will also have the opportunity to catch up on the news of the day and have a cup of tea. The programme recording will take place between 8.15 pm and 9.15 pm, and will broadcast at 10.35 pm on BBC1 that same evening.

Although the BBC cannot guarantee that every audience member will have a chance to ask a question, they do encourage all audience members to get involved in any debate that follows a question. For that reason, they are interested in finding audience members who would be keen to get involved on the night, as audience participation really is at the heart of a successful programme.

All audience members need to be contacted so if you wish to attend, either alone or with others, please submit the names and telephone numbers of everyone in the group to:
