Terence will take it to the wire

Rector of Seagoe Parish, Canon Terence Cadden, is looking for your support as he takes on a new fundraising challenge…

“I might be mad, but Summer Madness have asked me to take part in their Zip Wire challenge on 28 September outside Portrush.

Seems I will begin from a crane platform several hundred feet above the cliffs near Portrush. From the platform I will step off and trust that the zip wire will lead me safely to the other side of the cliffs! Not great for someone so frightened by heights!!!

But it is all for good causes! Summer Madness will receive the first £100 raised and any additional funds will help to pay off the £250,000 debt on Seagoe Parish Centre, which costs the Parish over £7000 per year in interest alone!

Summer Madness has been a great blessing to me, and lots of other people, for many years and so I am delighted to be able to do something to give something back to them.

Seagoe Parish Centre is being used extensively by the Parish, community and others and is bringing great blessing.

Please, please consider sponsoring me for as much as you can, there is no upper limit! If you pay tax your contribution can be Gift Aided to add 25% extra, free to you.

You can contact me directly or

you can donate on–line at this link

God bless, and thanks in anticipation.”
