Braniel Community Church gets underway

Braniel Community Church, the second of our church plants, met for worship for the first time on Sunday 15 December.

With some practical help from a small band of supporters, Susan McFarland and Josh Lewis led the short informal service in St Brigid’s Hall. They were delighted to welcome some local folk at the beginning of their church planting journey.

See a few photos in the gallery here.

Braniel is a mission area created within the parish of Orangefield and for a number of weeks the small team has been getting to know the area and its people.

Sunday worship is just one part of the vision and St Brigid’s Hall will also be open as a Drop–in Cafe, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 11.30 am.

The team have also organised a fun family Christmas event on Monday 23 December from 7.00 – 8.30 pm.

Do drop in. A warm welcome awaits you!

Please pray for this young church, that it would flourish and be a blessing to the people of the Lower Braniel
