Handover number four!

It started in Bishop Harold’s keeping but now the prayer scroll has been handed over for the 4th time. Pictured below, Revd Chris Bennett (part–time Bishop’s Curate in St Clement’s), hands on the responsibility for 24–7 Prayer to Revd Canon Ken Higgins and his parish of St Donard’s, Bloomfield.

Between 1 January and 6 March the prayer scroll will travel between 17 parishes in the area from Titanic to Helen’s Bay. For now, however, it is firmly ensconced in East Belfast. St Donard’s holds the prayer scroll until 16 January when they hand over to St Columba’s, Knock.

We are encouraging multi–media feedback from our parishes, including use of the Twitter hashtag #DDYOP.
