Volunteer with Action on Hearing Loss

One in six people in the UK have a hearing loss and within Northern Ireland there are 300,000 who are deaf, hard of hearing or have tinnitus.

Action on Hearing Loss are working in partnership with the Northern Health Social Care Trust to provide FREE hearing aid clinics in your area. This service is volunteer led and we need your help.

Can you spare just two hours a month? Two hours per month could provide your community with a free hearing aid clinic.

You will be fully trained to re–tube hearing aids and provide basic maintenance to those in need. Each clinic gives out free batteries, wipes, tubing and information to assist those with a hearing loss.

At Action on Hearing Loss we know how valuable volunteering is, not only for the beneficiaries but for the volunteers.

Sound like something you would enjoy? Get in Touch. Full training provided.
