Living with the end in mind
Many of you will remember our Bible Week speaker in 2015, David Parker, who is Senior Pastor of the Desert Vineyard Church in Lancaster, California.
David very recently received a cancer diagnosis and is suffering from angiosarcoma, a very rare and aggressive form of the disease.
We invite you to join with many others around the world in praying for David’s healing and for Nancy and the family as they take this hard journey together. Please also pray for the church which he pastors with such compassion and gentle authority.
We also invite you to watch or listen to David’s most recent sermon ‘Living with the End in Mind’. It is full of humble faith.
Pausing to examine the direction and priorities of his life – what really matters – has been a discipline of David’s for many years. He invites us to regularly do the same, whatever our age and circumstances.
