Help Haiti – an urgent appeal

Large areas of Haiti have been devastated by Hurricane Matthew, the worst hurricane in the area for over 50 years. Powerful winds and torrential rain have caused widespread flooding and landslides, destroying thousands of homes.

Between 3 and 5 million people have been affected. The death toll is currently 339 and constantly rising. In total, around 350,000 people are in need of urgent humanitarian assistance

Tearfund has been working in Haiti for more than 30 years. We are on the ground right now, ready to offer emergency aid.

Please make a generous gift so that we can help as many people in dire need as quickly as possible.

Donate now through Tearfund

Do remember the people of Haiti in your prayers, during their hour of need. And will you please also pray for everyone who is working tirelessly to bring help to those in the greatest need.

Thank you for all your support. Your kind gifts and prayers really do make a big difference.
