Everybody Welcome Training Launched
Dates have just been announced for the brand new ‘Everybody Welcome’ training evenings. These one–off training sessions are aimed at anyone within church who has a desire to see people welcomed better. They will be interactive and practical but also short and sweet! The aim is to raise basic skills and awareness around church welcome that will be followed up with a more in–depth training course over 6 sessions in the autumn.
Commenting on the course the Diocesan Development Office, Andrew said; ‘We are very excited to be able to offer these ‘taster’ training evenings across the diocese. They are for anyone interested in helping their church become a place of better welcome and are for everyone, not just those doing welcome in any official capacity. If you want to come along you’ll be made most welcome!’
