Helping the global church respond to Covd–19 crisis

The MU in our link diocese of Maridi is busy responding directly to the Covid–19 crisis by using their sewing skills to make masks for Bethsaida Clinic! This is just one of the projects that CMSI hopes to support through their COVID–19 Response Appeal.

Revd Adrian Dorrian, CMSI’s Chairman and a Vicar in the LAMP team says:

“CMSI has always sought, under God, to equip the church in mission by working in partnership with the Church here in Ireland and with our Global Partners.

Very few people around the world will be unaffected by this pandemic, and our Global Partners are working in situations where realities such as extreme poverty, civil conflict and already strained infrastructures will only exacerbate their already difficult circumstances.

The help and support of Partnership Links like the one Down and Dromore shares with Maridi Diocese will be more important than ever. Please consider making a donation. Your support for CMSI’s COVID–19 Response Appeal will enable us to maximise the benefits of the work we do alongside our Partners.”

CMSI Covid–19 Response Appeal

CMSI is appealing for your help to support our partners in Africa and Nepal, as they care for those in their own communities whose lives will be devastated by this crisis.

Please pray

Please pray for our Global Partners at this time. You can check our blog pages for the latest news, updates and prayer requests.

Please give

We want to provide financial assistance to our Global Partners as they respond to the crisis in their own way, in their own time. We would ask for your help to do this.

You can either give to a specific Global Partner, or you can provide support to the central ‘pot’ for the CMSI Covid–19 Response Appeal – allowing us to respond to the needs as they arise. Either way, the funds given through this appeal will be used to support our partners as they care for their own communities in – and after – this crisis.
