Our Lebanon Appeal has brought hope in Beirut and Syria
A thank you and update from Open Doors’ Eddie Lyle, which was shared with our Diocesan Synod on 24 June 2021.
Following the huge explosion in Beirut in August 2020 the diocese gave an astonishing £38,000 to relieve the suffering. £20,000 has gone to support the ongoing work of the Centre of Hope in Beirut with the balance going to support Centres of Hope inside Syria. Pastor Nihad shares how he and his church have blessed others with this generous gift.
