Morning Service with guest speaker from North Africa
Archbishop Samy Fawzy, Primate of the Anglican Province of Alexandria, will preach for BBC Radio Ulster’s Morning Service on Sunday 14 August, from St Malachi’s Church, Hillsborough.
The service will be led by the Rector of Hillsborough, Canon Bryan Follis, and will start at 10.15am.
The Province of Alexandria forms part of the Anglican Communion and covers most of North Africa; it has experienced sustained growth in recent years. Archbishop Samy will be known to many in the diocese and was a guest at our Diocesan Synod in 2019 (above).
