Assistant Minister/Pastor, Donaghcloney
Donaghcloney Parish seeks to appoint an Assistant Minister/Pastor, lay or ordained, to join their leadership team at a time of new vision and growth.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is passionate about sharing the good news of the gospel, seeing disciples grow in their faith and encouraging team ministry amongst believers.
The role will be focused around:
Assisting the rector with the general pastoral ministry of the parish.
Leading worship and preaching when called upon to do so.
Overseeing the development and delivery of youth ministry.
Encouraging believers to grow in their faith and be involved in team ministry.
