Outreach Leader, The Suitcase Project
The Church of Ireland Diocese of Down and Dromore seeks to recruit a full–time Outreach Leader for their new Suitcase Project. The post will be based in Outreach Centres in East Belfast.
The Suitcase Project is a new Christian outreach to asylum–seekers, refugees and migrants which will have bases in East Belfast and link to other churches in the diocese to form a network of welcome, support and evangelism.

The Outreach Leader will recruit, gather and lead a team of volunteers to establish a new Christian outreach which will have two hubs in East Belfast linking into other churches in the Diocese of Down and Dromore. This outreach aims to welcome, befriend and support asylum–seekers, refugees and migrants and demonstrate God’s love in such a way that people will want to find out about the Christian faith for themselves.
