Welcome Bishop Leo and Honey!
We’re so delighted to welcome the Bishop of Multan, the Rt Revd Leo Paul, and his wife Honey, who are visiting us all the way from Pakistan. Their visit comes almost exactly a year after our dioceses formally established a partnership link.
Today Leo and Honey have been taking in the history of Down Cathedral and Saul Church with Revd Adrian Dorrian, Billy Fyffe and the team, as well as visiting Newcastle. This evening they’ll be hosted by Revd Eben Grobbelaar at Killyleagh Parish.
Bishop Leo has also visited Belfast Bible College, The Suitcase Project and will tomorrow visit a project at Holy Trinity Ballylesson.
The bishop is preaching at Shankill Parish on Sunday morning and Drumbeg Parish on Sunday evening.
The couple are our special guests at Diocesan Synod and will remain with us until 25 June.
