International Dawn Chorus Day
If you are an early riser then this is right up your street! All over the world in places as far apart as New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa and England people will be rising around 4 pm on Sunday 7 May to take part in what has become an annual event - listening to the dawn chorus. As spring takes over from winter the birds in our gardens and hedgerows greet each new day with a burst of song.
