This Sunday night the Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, will be joining the Evangelical Alliance Northern Ireland for a special evening to kick off the Kingdom Come conference.

An audience with Dr John Sentamu will take place on Sunday 31 January 2010 at 8.30pm in Spires Conference Centre, Belfast and will be hosted by UTV's Paul Clark.

Stephen Cave, Evangelical Alliance Northern Ireland National Director said: "We’re very honoured to have the Archbishop of York here. It’s a perfect way for us to start off the Kingdom Come conference, where Christians from several denominations will be able to hear a wide range of excellent speakers."

The Kingdom Come conference is bringing together people from all over Ireland but also from other parts of the UK and its aim is to refresh, restore and revitalise church leaders for their ongoing ministry.

The themes addressed include spirituality, Church and leadership with various seminars following the three streams. Main speakers include Gordon McDonald, Bishop Ken Clarke, Paul and Priscilla Reid, Trevor Morrow and Mark Greene.

Alongside the Archbishop’s speech there will also be music from New Irish musicians and there will be a chance for the audience to take part in a Question and Answer session. This will be a free event and guests are encouraged to arrive early in order to avoid disappointment.
